For Immediate Release:

Doyle Team Presents First of Series of Public Information Requests to State
(Prompt Responses Demanded)

Attorneys for Daniel E. Doyle, Jr. presented to the State of Rhode Island Office of Administration, and to State of Rhode Island leadership, including Governor Gina Raimondo and Senate President Teresa Paiva Weed, the first of what will be five sections of Public Information requests.

Today's Section I request will be followed by a series of Section II requests to be directed to the University of Rhode Island, with Sections III to V to follow in February. The forthcoming sections will address a wide span of issues, including what Mr. Doyle alleges to be toxic levels of malicious prosecution. Public Information Requests are also being prepare for the State of Connecticut, with focus on the Department of Economic Development.

May 1 Trial Date

Since a tentative trial date has been set for May 1, 2016, Mr. Doyle's attorneys made clear to the State of Rhode Island the importance of quick turnaround, and that any delays will result in Public Information lawsuits to force disclosure.

Doyle Defiance

Mr. Doyle defiantly maintains his complete innocence to all charges in a case that is now coming up on four years. Despite Mr. Doyle's outrage over the charges and the need to stay focused amid myriad distractions, he continued to administer the Institute he founded in 1986, to refuse all salary and donations, and to pay all Institute bills. A new Institute website is now under construction. The website will address the future plans of the Institute, including the major plan for the future of the World Scholar-Athlete Games and accompanying peace projects, as well as the many new assets Mr. Doyle has created for the Institute, including a play on the life of Shoeless Joe Jackson, and a musical CD entitled Stay Relevant.

Mr. Doyle is also producing a documentary on the Grand Jury system which has already drawn significant interest from the legal community, and generated offers to help from World Scholar-Athlete Games graduates. The World Scholar-Athlete Games Master Plan includes a special focus on working with participants in the writing, composing and recording of songs, and the writing and production of plays and documentaries.

Statement by Daniel E. Doyle, Jr.

What follows is Mr. Doyle's first public statement to the media since February 2012: "When I am fully exonerated, which I surely will be, where should the members of my family, my many loyal friends who have been anguished over this witch hunt, the thousands of kids who have been prevented from participating in the World Scholar-Athlete Games and my summer camps - where does everyone go to reclaim the lost hours, months, and in many cases, years embezzled from us by the State of Rhode Island and a few misguided individuals who have been unfair?"
